ACCOUNTANT

The Commerce Connection is a boutique Financial Consulting and Bookkeeping business based in Sydney with clients Australia wide. We only support businesses in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry and we are growing! As a Xero Partner, we are looking for an Australian-based Full Time Accountant who wants to work from home.
Job Responsibilities:

Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts (bank reconciliations)

Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
-
Developing monthly financial statements including profit and loss and balance sheets

Preparation of Business Activity Statement

Verifying the accuracy of business accounts

Weekly Payroll processing
-
Month End and Year End Processing

Education & Experience Requirements:

Certificate IV Accounting and Bookkeeping or Diploma in Accounting
